Dear Emma - I would like to say a big thank you to Hebrides cruises for organising a truly memorable boat trip. Everything was just perfect - the route we took and the staff who were so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The food really was michelin star standard! Linsay’s knowledge of the wildlife and the islands was incredible. She certainly gave the trip an extra dimension. Sophia was so helpful and kind and of course not forgetting the skipper Chris who guided and planned the route so professionally. Thank you also for arranging such wonderful weather and calm seas for us! Many thanks and best regards,  Alison and Rick

Dear Emma - I can only strongly second what Alison wrote in her email; a simply glorious week.  We booked this trip with our friends a few years ago.   Some of the party had never visited the Inner Hebrides before and it was lovely for John and me to see how much they enjoyed themselves. A huge thank you to Chris, Lyndsay, Nicola and Sophia.  I shall forward some photographs to you.  All the very best.  Louise and John

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise.. The crew were welcoming and most helpful. We were looked after very well and fed magnificently. It was a joy to revisit islands we had been to before but are now no longer fit to sail ourselves. We felt safe and well cared for at all times and saw lots of wild life. Please thank the captain and crew for us.

Hello Emma - Once again we say a huge thank you to the Hebrides Cruises team for a superb trip.   With skipper Chris, Craig and Eamon crew and Charlie as our superlatively brilliant chef we were in the hands of an excellent friendly, efficient and professional team.  We landed on ten different islands and saw golden and white-tailed eagles, common and bottle nosed dolphins, minke whales and a basking shark; what more can one ask for in just six days? Dear Emma - Just a quick note from Ian and me to say what an incredible week we have just had on Emma Jane. Huge thanks to James and all the crew for their professionalism and for making the whole trip so good. Admittedly we were truly blessed with the weather but the route, the knowledge, the hospitality and care we received was wonderful. The chef Emma did you proud not only producing delicious meals with such grace but also tending to our various needs. The boat is just lovely. Please pass on our message of thanks to all concerned.

Always wanted to go to the Hebrides and this was a fantastic way of doing it. The boat was very comfortable and James and Ritchie we’re masters at keeping it that way. Great wildlife spotting - thank you Lynsey and don’t forget to enter that amazing dolphin photo into a competition! Calm, capable Kat with the beautiful soft accent, and cook extraordinaire Emma with the wide smile - all of you guaranteed that the trip was extra special. Was a heavenly respite from the cares of the world. Thank you all involved.

Everything went to plan from the bag drop off to arriving on board, and departure equally easy with crew being extremely helpful with baggage transfer.  Emma, Cat & Lynsey were superb, James was a wonderful Captain and ran an excellent ship with Ritchie being a great number two to James.  Knowing the West Coast of Scotland quite well, having cruised on my own yacht there for number of years, I thought James worked out an ideal cruise with the right amount of sea and shore time and included interesting places to go to.  Don't hesitate it is worth every penny!

The professionalism, diligence and proficiency of all the crew was outstanding with standard of meals excellent.  Public spaces are very,very good both inside and out. Skipper James liased with me very well on possibilities taking account of weather forecasts and managed to visit a mix of new and favourite places.  Excellent. Go for it!

Hi Emma - Just a quick email to say how much we enjoyed the cruise on Emma Jane. It crops up regularly now in conversation and we have enjoyed looking back over the photos. Claire was a bit worried as she doesn’t travel so well on boats/ships, but apart from one day, coped really well and came away loving the experience.  James, Helen, Lynsey and Caroline looked after us so well. We loved the trips ashore, exploring (we couldn’t fault Lynsey’s eternal optimism and enthusiasm on what we might spot!), and then to be met by Helen popping the fizz on our return, with beautiful cake baked by Caroline.....well, enough, you get the picture..really great.

Dear Emma, We simply cannot express in words the thanks of the Hodgson family for our 6 days on the Emma Jane.   Everything was perfect - especially our crew who seemed to become part of the family and made every day a different experience. This morning we received a card (of leaping dolphins) written on by all the family.  Perhaps Poppy's words to Grandma and Grandpa say it all "I loved this trip so much!  I hope you had as much fun as I did".  The cry goes out "Where next?" but at our age this is probably an impossible dream. However , you never know and it would be lovely to think that the Barlow family had something else it might offer us.  It has been a pleasure to meet you,  With our best wishes,  Michael and Nancy and the Hodgson family
