I found the staff on the phone (Emma who I dealt with) most helpful and reassuring. The crew were so helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure right from the start. All of the crew were knowledgable as well as the guide, Will - the all contibuted to a marvellos trip. Do it!!

A wonderful, exciting and informative holiday. Lunga with Puffins and amorous Razorbills, spectacular Staffa, Minke whales, dozens of playful dolphins and a pair of White -Tailed eagles changing over on their nest-all amazing and only made possible for us by the knowledgeable, thoughtful and flexible planning of James ,Angus and Lindsey. Nicola fed us to perfection and Bea kept everything spick and span (and spontaneously supplied us with fizz while we enjoyed the hot tub). Everyone worked seamlessly together to ensure all needs were catered for . Thanks also to our fellow guests for their humour and friendliness. We have booked our next trip which we have every confidence will be again an exceptional holiday!
