The quality of customer care was superb without exception. Special mention must be made about the attention to detail and genuine interest in the comfort, welfare and safety of guests. The quality of the meals was excellent; particularly from the perspective of a non meat eater who enjoyed a wide variety of meals each one of which was well cooked and presented. The cleanliness of the boat was exemplary – cannot say anything else!

Emma - Just a word to say how much we enjoyed our cruise on Emma Jane. The staff on board were all excellent and made the whole experience quite memorable in their own ways. The cruise itinerary was very good and and we achieved most of our wish list! Wild life spotting was good fun and very rewarding. Catering was to very high standard and helped make every day a pleasure. Finally, crew were superb, operating at very high standards throughout, working very well with the passengers. Sandy Tosh.
